Plans and billing

How upgrades, downgrades, proration, cancellations and invoices work.

Upgrading starts a checkout (first time) or changes your plan immediately with proration (existing subscribers).
Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months.
Invoices & payment method — open the billing portal from the same page.
Cancelling — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free.

Downgrades

Nothing is deleted. Each plan includes a number of sites (Free 1, Starter 5, Pro 15, Business 50); if you have more than your new plan allows, your oldest sites stay online and the newest are paused until you upgrade or delete some. Custom domains you already connected keep working, but you can’t add new ones while you’re over your new plan’s limit (none on Free). The monthly form submission allowance changes straight away, and forms stop accepting submissions on Free. Password protection is removed on Free.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT.
