Acceptable Use Policy

StaticHero is for publishing legitimate websites. To keep the Service safe for everyone, you may not use it to host or distribute:

1. Phishing — pages that imitate another organisation to collect credentials, payment details or personal information.
2. Malware — viruses, ransomware, cryptominers, exploit kits or links designed to install them.
3. Scams and fraud — fake shops, investment or crypto schemes, fake giveaways, impersonation.
4. Illegal content — including child sexual abuse material (reported to authorities), content promoting terrorism, or illegal goods and services.
5. Infringing content — material that violates copyright, trademarks or other rights.
6. Harassment — doxxing, threats, or content targeting private individuals.
7. Spam infrastructure — pages used primarily as redirect hops for spam, link farms or SEO manipulation.
8. Abuse of the platform — using StaticHero as a file locker or CDN for other applications, attempting to bypass plan limits, or attacking our systems or other customers.

Enforcement

We use automated checks and human review. We may remove content, suspend sites or close accounts that violate this policy, usually with notice — but immediately and without notice for phishing, malware or other urgent harm.

Reporting

Report abuse at statichero.com/report-abuse or abuse@statichero.com. Copyright holders may send notices including identification of the work, the infringing URL, contact details and a good-faith statement.

If you believe we made a mistake, reply to the enforcement email or contact support@statichero.com.
