StaticHero analytics is cookieless web analytics built into the hosting. On paid plans a 2 KB script is injected automatically, counting visitors with a daily-rotating anonymous hash instead of cookies, so no consent banner is required in most jurisdictions. You get visitors, pageviews, bounce rate, visit duration, top pages, referrers, UTM campaigns, countries, devices, custom events, goals and realtime visitors.

</script>Why cookieless analytics?
Traditional analytics tools set cookies that identify a visitor across days and sites. In the EU, UK and a growing list of US states that usually requires asking for consent first — and a large share of visitors decline, which makes the data unreliable anyway.
StaticHero never sets cookies or stores identifiers in the browser. A visitor is recognised only within a single day, using a hash of a secret daily salt, the site, the IP address and the browser user-agent. The salt is discarded every 24 hours, so a visitor can’t be tracked across days or across sites.
Fast enough to leave on
The tracker is under 2 KB, loads with defer from your own domain (so it isn’t blocked as third-party), and sends data with navigator.sendBeacon. It has no measurable impact on Core Web Vitals.
Behind the scenes, events are stored in ClickHouse, a columnar database built for analytics, so even sites with millions of pageviews get dashboards that load instantly.
Which plans include analytics?

Every paid plan includes the full analytics feature set: UTM campaigns, custom events, goals, region and city data, CSV export and public stats pages. Plans differ only in history: Starter keeps 30 days, Pro 1 year and Business 2 years.
Do I need a cookie banner?

StaticHero analytics doesn’t use cookies or store personal data, so most sites don’t need a consent banner for it. Check with your own counsel if you’re in a highly regulated industry.
Are bots counted?

No. Known crawlers, headless browsers and automated tools are filtered out before events are stored.
Can I exclude my own visits?

Yes. Run localStorage.statichero_ignore = 'true' in your browser console on your site, and your visits won’t be counted.
Can I use Google Analytics instead?
