In short

Lovable projects are React apps built with Vite. To host one on StaticHero, sync the project to GitHub (or download it), run npm install and npm run build, then upload the dist folder and enable SPA mode. The frontend is served from StaticHero; any Supabase or other backend services the app uses keep working because they’re called from the browser.

How to publish a Lovable project on StaticHero

  1. 01

    Get the code

Connect Lovable to GitHub and clone the repo, or download the project.

  2. 02

    Build it

Run npm install then npm run build to create the dist folder.

  3. 03

    Publish on StaticHero

Create a site, then paste the code or drop the files. It’s live at yourname.statichero.site in seconds.

  4. 04

    Iterate

Ask Lovable for changes and paste or upload again. Each update is a new version you can roll back.

Your link, your domain

Share an address you control — not a link tied to your Lovable account or subscription.

Forms that work

AI-built contact and signup forms rarely have a backend. Point them at /_forms/name and submissions reach your inbox.

See who visits

Cookieless analytics show visitors, sources and conversions — including traffic from ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.

Edit without the AI

Fix a typo in the in-browser editor instead of burning another prompt.

Password & expiry

Share drafts privately with a password, or make demo links expire automatically.

Version history

Every paste and upload is saved, so experimenting is safe.

Why host Lovable output on StaticHero?

Lovable includes its own publishing, which is the quickest path while you’re iterating in Lovable. Hosting the built frontend yourself is useful when you want to consolidate many projects in one place, keep a stable deployment independent of the builder, or use StaticHero’s forms and analytics.

StaticHero is a neutral home for everything you generate, whichever AI tool made it. You get one dashboard for all your projects, with a real domain, forms, analytics and backups, and you keep working the same way when you switch tools.

Before you publish: a 30-second checklist

AI-generated pages are usually ready to go, but check these:

  • Replace placeholder text, fake testimonials and stock contact details
  • Remove any API keys or secrets from the code — everything in a web page is public
  • Point forms at /_forms/contact so they actually deliver
  • Add a real page title and description for search and link previews

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Still curious? Ask us anything — a person will reply.

Will Supabase auth and data still work?

+

Yes. The app talks to Supabase from the browser using its public anon key. Add your StaticHero domain to Supabase’s allowed redirect URLs for auth.

Do routes like /dashboard work on refresh?

+

Turn on SPA mode in site settings and they will.

Is StaticHero affiliated with Lovable?

+

No, StaticHero is independent.
