In short

To host a Claude artifact, copy its code and paste it into StaticHero’s Paste code box. Full HTML pages are published as-is; React components (the .jsx artifacts Claude creates) are automatically wrapped with React, Tailwind CSS and common libraries such as lucide-react and recharts, so they run as a standalone page. The result is live at yourname.statichero.site or your own domain.

How to publish a Claude project on StaticHero

  1. 01

    Open the artifact in Claude

Click the artifact, switch to the Code view and copy everything (or use the download button to save the file).

  2. 02

    Publish on StaticHero

Create a site, then paste the code or drop the files. It’s live at yourname.statichero.site in seconds.

  3. 03

    Iterate

Ask Claude for changes and paste or upload again. Each update is a new version you can roll back.

Your link, your domain

Share an address you control — not a link tied to your Claude account or subscription.

Forms that work

AI-built contact and signup forms rarely have a backend. Point them at /_forms/name and submissions reach your inbox.

See who visits

Cookieless analytics show visitors, sources and conversions — including traffic from ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.

Edit without the AI

Fix a typo in the in-browser editor instead of burning another prompt.

Password & expiry

Share drafts privately with a password, or make demo links expire automatically.

Version history

Every paste and upload is saved, so experimenting is safe.

Why host Claude output on StaticHero?

Claude can publish artifacts to a shareable claude.ai link, which is great for quick sharing. When you want the page on your own domain, need a form that delivers submissions, want analytics, or are building something for a client, hosting the code yourself gives you full control.

StaticHero is a neutral home for everything you generate, whichever AI tool made it. You get one dashboard for all your projects, with a real domain, forms, analytics and backups, and you keep working the same way when you switch tools.

React artifacts just work

Claude often builds interactive tools as a single React component using Tailwind classes, lucide-react icons and recharts charts. StaticHero detects React code and generates a page that loads React 18, Tailwind and an import map for popular libraries, then renders your component. No bundler, no npm install.

Components that import shadcn/ui from @/components/ui/… need those components included in the code; ask Claude to “inline the UI components” before pasting.

Before you publish: a 30-second checklist

AI-generated pages are usually ready to go, but check these:

  • Replace placeholder text, fake testimonials and stock contact details
  • Remove any API keys or secrets from the code — everything in a web page is public
  • Point forms at /_forms/contact so they actually deliver
  • Add a real page title and description for search and link previews

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Still curious? Ask us anything — a person will reply.

Do I need to download anything from Claude?

+

No. Copying the code from the artifact’s code view and pasting it into StaticHero is enough.

Which libraries are supported for React artifacts?

+

React, ReactDOM, Tailwind CSS, lucide-react, recharts, framer-motion, date-fns, lodash, papaparse, mathjs, three, d3 and chart.js are pre-mapped. Other npm packages can be imported from esm.sh URLs.

Can my artifact call the Claude API?

+

Not directly from the page — that would expose your API key. Keep API calls on a server you control.

Is StaticHero affiliated with Anthropic?

+

No. StaticHero is an independent hosting service that works with code produced by any AI assistant.
