Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use statichero.com and the dashboard — for example which pages are visited, and how many visitors sign up or buy a plan. It is not loaded in our admin area, on public stats pages or on sites hosted by StaticHero.

Support chat

The chat widget on statichero.com and the dashboard is provided by Svellyo. It stores an identifier in your browser (cookies or local storage) so your conversation is still there when you return. If you are signed in, your conversation is linked to your account name and email so we can help you.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.

Sites hosted on StaticHero

StaticHero itself sets no cookies on hosted sites, with one exception: if a site owner enables password protection, a cookie named __sh_auth remembers that a visitor entered the correct password (7 days).

StaticHero Analytics is cookieless. Site owners may add their own scripts and cookies; those are their responsibility.
